CarsTXT Insurance Agency Lead Agreement
1. The service. CarsTXT sends you car insurance quote requests ("leads") from customers who asked for quotes on carstxt.com and agreed to be contacted by licensed insurance partners. CarsTXT does not promise any number of leads, any quality of lead, or that any lead will buy a policy. The same lead may be sent to other agencies.
2. Price. The plan is $39.99 per month, charged to your card through Stripe on the same day each month until you cancel. If you enter a valid promo code, the lower monthly price shown at checkout applies for as long as this subscription stays active.
3. No refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes the first payment, partial months, months with few or no leads, and leads you do not use.
4. Cancel any time. Reply to any CarsTXT email or write to [email protected] to cancel. Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, and no part of that month is refunded.
5. Licenses and the law. You confirm your agency and agents hold valid insurance licenses in every state where you quote. You will follow all laws that apply to you, including insurance, privacy, telemarketing (TCPA) and Do Not Call rules, and you will honor every customer's request to stop contacting them.
6. Use of lead information. You will use each lead only to quote the customer for the insurance they asked about. You will not sell, share or resell lead information, and you will keep it secure.
7. CarsTXT is not an insurance agent. CarsTXT does not sell, quote, bind or service insurance and is not a party to any policy. You alone are responsible for your quotes, policies, commissions, claims and any dispute with a customer.
8. Suspension. CarsTXT may pause or end your plan, without refund, if customers complain, if you break this agreement, or if your licenses lapse.
9. Liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, CarsTXT's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the last month. You agree to indemnify CarsTXT against claims that come from your contact with customers or your insurance business.
10. Electronic signature. Typing your name and ticking the agreement box is your electronic signature and has the same effect as signing on paper. CarsTXT keeps a copy of this signed agreement with the date, time and IP address.
